  • Frequency of meetings will be determined on an individual basis, but typically start weekly or biweekly and taper down over time. The team at GRN works to find a pace that is both supportive of your goals and feasible for you.

  • GRN currently accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance. We are not contracted with any other insurance companies at this time. For those without BCBS, superbills can be provided upon request.

  • Private pay costs are as follows:

    Initial assessment appointment: $200

    Follow-up appointment: $150

    Many clients with Blue Cross Blue Shield find that their sessions may be covered fully or partially, depending on the plan. The team at GRN will equip you with what you need to verify your insurance benefits ahead of time.

    A limited number of sliding scale options are also available on a case-by-case basis for those who demonstrate need.

  • Currently, all sessions are conducted virtually through a HIPAA-compliant platform. This gives you the flexibility for us to meet from wherever you like! In the future, we look forward to having in-person sessions.

  • Definitely not! Society offers a ton of mixed messages about nutrition, health, and well-being. Because of this, many people experience a complicated relationship with food, exercise, and their body without having a diagnosed eating disorder. Regardless of your history, we believe that anyone can benefit from nutrition counseling.
