Nutrition Counseling 〰️ For Every Body 〰️

When we’re weighed down by our own thoughts, societal pressures, and an overwhelming amount of conflicting information, we can start to:

  • Become confused and directionless

  • Feel like a failure

  • Experience body image distress

  • Change our food intake to gain a sense of control

  • Experience intensified fear, depression, and anxiety

  • Constantly compare to others

  • Avoid and numb our emotions

  • Feel a sense of hopelessness

  • Experience defeat before we even begin

If this sounds familiar, know that you are not alone. We would love to help. At GRN, we believe everyone deserves to have a happy and easeful relationship with food.

And so much more!

How It Works

Discovery Call

Anyone is welcome to schedule a free discovery call to speak with a member of the team at GRN and find out if we are the right fit for what you are looking for. This optional call is an opportunity to ask questions, voice concerns, and get the ball rolling on connection.

If you are uncertain about what to expect, overwhelmed with where to begin, or just want to connect with us - start here!

Initial Assessment Appointment

Everyone begins with an initial assessment session, typically lasting 75-90 minutes. This is where we dive into your history (medical, eating, family, etc.), current challenges and concerns, and start to identify big-picture goals to work on. Initial assessment sessions are all about gathering information so we can begin to understand how we can best support you. Think of this as laying the foundation for future work. We are partnering with you to support the vision of well-being you have for yourself.

Follow Up Appointment

Any session after the initial assessment session is a follow-up, typically lasting 45-55 minutes. Follow-up sessions are where we dig deeper into nutrition education, goal setting, meal planning, problem solving, etc. - whatever is most helpful for you! Sometimes these sessions are all about processing; having a safe space to discuss what’s on your mind, as well as your emotions, feelings, and experiences. Together we’ll work towards reconnecting with your body and supporting your health - free from diet culture.

We’d love to help you transform your relationship with food.
